This service is provided by MOZE Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as "the Company" or "we"). Before using this service, please carefully read the following terms. By using this service, you agree to comply with all provisions of these terms.

2. Service Content

2.1 Service Description

MOZE provides personal financial management and bookkeeping services, including but not limited to income and expense recording, budget planning, and report analysis.

2.2 Service Plans

• FREE Plan: Provides basic bookkeeping functions, including income and expense recording, budget management, and basic reports.

• PREMIUM Plan: Provides advanced features, including multi-currency bookkeeping, loan tracking, and multi-platform synchronization.

• AI Plan: Based on PREMIUM features, adds AI smart bookkeeping, image recognition, voice input, and other advanced functions.

2.3 Trial Period Policy

First-time subscribers can enjoy a 14-day free trial. After the trial period, it will automatically convert to a paid subscription.

3. User Rights and Obligations

3.1 User Rights

You have the following rights when using this service:

• Use service features according to your selected plan

• View, modify, or delete your personal financial data at any time

• Choose whether to use cloud synchronization services

• Cancel subscription or delete account according to the terms of use

• Receive technical support and customer service

3.2 User Obligations

You must comply with the following when using this service:

• Provide true and accurate registration information

• Properly safeguard your account and password

• Not use this service for any illegal activities

• Not use this service to spread harmful content

• Not use this service to infringe on others' rights

• Not use automated programs to abuse or damage this service

3.3 Account Management

• You are responsible for your account activities

• If you discover unauthorized use, notify us immediately

• You may choose to delete your account and related data at any time

4. Paid Service Terms

4.1 Subscription Pricing

Please refer to our pricing page for detailed subscription plans and prices.

4.2 Payment Method

All subscriptions and in-app purchases are processed through the official App Store.

4.3 Renewal Policy

• Subscription services will automatically renew according to your selected cycle

• Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of your current subscription period, it will automatically renew

• Auto-renewal fees will be charged to your Apple account within 24 hours before the current subscription period ends

4.4 Refund Policy

The payment processing for this service's subscriptions and in-app purchases is handled by Apple Inc. For refunds, please contact Apple customer service directly. Refund decisions are entirely at Apple's discretion, and the Company cannot guarantee approval of refund requests.

4.5 Canceling Subscription

After canceling your subscription, you can still use subscription features for the remaining valid period of your paid service. Canceling subscription cannot retroactively refund subscription fees, and previously charged subscription fees cannot be refunded proportionally based on the cancellation date. Note: Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription—please ensure you follow the correct cancellation process. For detailed instructions, please refer to Apple Support articles.

4.6 Price Changes

We reserve the right to adjust service prices at any time. Price changes will be announced in advance and will take effect for new subscriptions. Existing subscribers will not be affected during their current subscription period.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

• Any information provided in this service, including but not limited to service information content, program coding, text, artwork, icons, images, and trademarks, is owned by the Company or other authorized third parties and is protected by law.

• Without prior written permission from the Company, you may not reproduce, copy, sell, trade, resell, or use any content of this service for commercial purposes, nor remove or alter any copyright management information, anti-piracy measures, or other rights (including but not limited to patent rights, trademark rights) or software markings contained in this service or content.

• You may not use any automated tools or methods (including but not limited to puppet programs, malware, crawlers, etc.) to collect or damage service information and data, or interfere with or infringe upon the normal operation of this service.

• You may use the service content and provided information for non-commercial, household, and personal use, but must maintain all rights intact.

• The Company only licenses you to use this service and does not transfer the intellectual property rights of the services, content, text files, and any coding provided by this service to you. For clarity, all rights not expressly granted to you in these terms are reserved by the Company.

• Without the Company's permission, you may not claim that the Company or "MOZE" is your partner, or use the service's public or non-public information, program coding, text, artwork, icons, images, and trademarks for any commercial activities.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 Service Interruption

The Company will make every effort to ensure service continuity but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. If service is temporarily interrupted due to system maintenance, updates, equipment failures, or other force majeure factors, the Company will restore service as soon as possible but assumes no responsibility for any resulting losses.

6.2 Data Security

The Company adopts industry-standard security measures to protect your data but does not guarantee absolute security. You should:

• Regularly back up important data

• Use strong passwords to protect your account

• Be responsible for losses caused by data loss or leakage

• Note that the Company is not responsible for data loss or damage caused by software bugs. Please regularly back up your data to ensure data security

6.3 Third-Party Services

This service integrates multiple third-party services (such as Azure cloud servers, ChatGPT, Ministry of Finance electronic invoice services, etc.). The Company assumes no responsibility for the availability, stability, or functional changes of these third-party services.

6.4 Damage Compensation Limitation

The Company assumes no responsibility for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use this service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data loss, or other intangible losses.

7. Service Termination Terms

7.1 Service Suspension Conditions

The Company has the right to suspend service under the following circumstances:

• User violates these terms of use

• User engages in inappropriate or illegal behavior

• System maintenance requirements

• Upon government or court request

7.2 Account Termination Conditions

If a user continuously violates the terms of use or engages in illegal activities, the Company has the right to permanently terminate their account usage rights.

7.3 Data Processing After Termination

• After account termination, user's local data is unaffected

• Cloud data will be processed according to the privacy policy

• Users may back up or download data before termination

8. Other Terms

8.1 Service Availability Guarantee

The Company strives to ensure continuous service availability but does not guarantee 100% service uptime.

8.2 Severability of Terms

If any provision of these terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable by a judicial authority, it does not affect the validity of other provisions.

8.3 Entire Agreement

These terms of use constitute the complete agreement between you and the Company regarding this service, superseding any previous agreements or arrangements.

8.4 Terms Update Notification

The Company may update these terms of use from time to time. Updated terms will be published on the official website—please check regularly. Significant changes will be communicated to users appropriately.

9. Functional Service Specifications

9.1 Cloud Synchronization Service Specifications

• Cloud-related services integrate Microsoft Azure

• Users can choose to enable or disable cloud synchronization

• Synchronized data uses encrypted transmission

• After account deletion, cloud data will be processed according to the privacy policy

9.2 Electronic Invoice Service Specifications

• If you use the Taiwan electronic invoice related functions in this service, you authorize this service to access information provided by the Ministry of Finance Electronic Invoice Application API according to the login information you provide (mobile barcode and verification code). You also agree that this service may store these integration trajectory records and information in the service system to reduce the frequency of requesting invoice information from the Ministry of Finance Electronic Invoice API and avoid service interruption due to traffic overload.

• This service accesses your invoice information as your legally authorized agent by logging into the Ministry of Finance Electronic Invoice Application API to facilitate importing invoice details into user bookkeeping data. However, we do not guarantee the accuracy of accessed content—the accuracy of such content should be the responsibility of the Ministry of Finance Electronic Invoice Platform and third-party vendors.

• This service provides access services according to customer needs. If the Ministry of Finance Electronic Invoice Application API service is interrupted or data cannot be accessed due to traffic overload, content stored in this service may not be real-time, final, or valid.

9.3 AI Function Usage Specifications

• AI-related services integrate ChatGPT API

• AI functions are for personal financial recording use only—you may not use AI functions for illegal or inappropriate activities

• AI-processed data is managed according to the privacy policy

9.4 Third-Party Service Integration Regulations

• Integration of third-party services (such as ChatGPT, Ministry of Finance Electronic Invoice Service, etc.) follows their individual terms of service

• The Company is not responsible for integrated third-party services

• When stopping use of this service, you should handle related third-party service connections yourself

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms of use are governed by Taiwan law. Any disputes arising from this service should be resolved through friendly consultation between the parties. If consultation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the competent court.
