Is there a free trial available for the Premium version?
Yes, for users who subscribe for the first time, we offer a 14-day free trial, and the first subscription period will begin only after the trial ends.
Will the subscription service automatically renew after the free trial?
Yes, according to Apple's automatic renewal subscription policy, if you decide not to subscribe after the trial period, you need to cancel the subscription in your iTunes account settings at least 24 hours before the trial period ends; otherwise, the subscription will be automatically renewed.
Is the MOZE 2.0 backup compatible with 4.0?
Since MOZE 2.0 has been taken off the shelves for some time, MOZE 4.0 cannot directly restore backups from 2.0. Data transfer method: 1. Please use the "Feedback" feature in the MOZE 2.0 App to send us your latest backup file. 2. Please title it "Backup File Conversion." 3. We will assist in converting the file to the 4.0 format. 4. Once the conversion is complete, we will send the converted file back to you. 5. You can directly restore the backup file of the email attachment from MOZE 4.0.
Will the original data be retained when downgrading from the Premium version to the Free version?
Don't worry, your data will be fully preserved — you just won't be able to use the advanced features of the Premium plan!
