  • When you sign in with Apple, we only collect necessary authentication information

  • Your personal financial data created in the app will only sync to MOZE cloud servers when you log in to your account and enable the sync feature

  • Without synchronization enabled, your data remains only on your local device and you must manage and regularly back up your data to prevent data loss

The information we collect is used solely for:

  • Providing and maintaining app services

  • Cloud Backup: You can choose to back up to iCloud, Dropbox, or export via email

  • MOZE Cloud Servers: Using Microsoft Azure platform

  • Access control and permission management

  • Regular security assessments and updates

4.3 Data Retention
  • During normal use: Data is continuously retained

  • After account deletion: Related data will be completely removed after 30 days

5.1 Data Access

You can view or edit your data through iOS/iPadOS devices at any time and can choose to download all data from the cloud.

5.2 Data Protection

Without logging in and enabling synchronization, user data is stored only on the user's own device. We support integration with cloud storage services like iCloud/Dropbox. Please ensure you regularly back up your data to recover your valuable bookkeeping records in case of phone loss or unexplained data corruption.

5.3 Account Deletion

You can delete your account through the following methods:

  • Select "Delete Account" in the app's account login window

  • Email hello@moze.app with your user ID, and we will assist with the process
